Delivery Policy

We aim to ship all products within 24 hours of receiving your order on Sunday to Thursday. Orders taken on Friday or Saturday will be shipped on Monday.

If we are unable to ship your order on the next working day we will contact you to agree other arrangements. If you would rather not wait you will be offered an alternative product or the option to cancel your order.

FOSPAT uses a network of carriers to deliver our products. It generally takes 1-2 days after shipment for your goods to arrive.

International orders will generally arrive within 7 days.

All export orders incur zero VAT.
Customers from other EC countries must provide their VAT number. Without this VAT number we will have to apply VAT.

We will not charge your account for any item until it is ready to ship.

For your security ALL DELIVERIES MUST BE SIGNED FOR or they will not be left. If goods are returned to us because they were not signed for we will not be liable for any loss sustained by you. We will contact you to arrange payment of a further delivery charge before we are able to attempt a redelivery.

Returns Policy

Cancellation of Contract

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of the goods being received. If you wish to exercise this right during this 7 day cooling off period you must confirm the cancellation during the cooling off period by email or fax and quote our despatch note number.

You do not need to give a reason – simply state you wish to cancel the contract.

In the event of you exercising this right we will arrange collection of the goods from you and the delivery charge plus the cost of returning the goods is the only charge which will be levied against you. You must ensure that the goods are packaged securely and addressed to us at:

All other payments will be returned to you within 30 days of our receiving notification of cancellation.

Goods returned for refund must be in the condition they were in when they were delivered and in their original packaging.

Damage

Where goods have been damaged in transit you should notify us of this fact within 2 working days of their delivery to you. This notification should be by email or fax and must include details of our despatch note number. You should also indicate whether you would like us to ship a replacement item to you.

If you decide not to have a replacement we shall refund you the whole of the money paid by yourself relating to that item within 30 days of your notification. This is provided we are satisfied on the return of the goods that they were damaged in transit to you.

We shall arrange collection of the goods from you. Please ensure that they are securely packaged and addressed as above.

Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
